That was because his name was in the exclude list so his ban would have been overturned by that. I banned him earlier only for him to post 5 minutes later. It was then I checked the exclude list and removed his name from it.

I better be on that exclude list

Its usually 3 warning and out but if a user takes the piss then he is out.

Most users who get a warning usually apologise but some think they are above decency.

By the way it is not often a warning is handed out, us mods are quite lenient although one or two might not agree.
