QPR current favourites for the Championship

Wed Jul 03, 2013 6:47 pm

I fancy Bolton to win it. - they are 3rd favourites
Reading - 2nd favourites followed by Leicester, Brighton,Wigan, Watford Forest, Leeds

Surprised to see Watford up there, I thought they had troubles.

I reckon it might be a bit more strung out this year with a few clubs in money trouble - Blackpool, Brum and having to off-load, and a couple of surprise teams getting promoted, in Yeovil and Bournemouth..

Last year was awesome. :malky:

I feel Reading are favourites personally.

Got most of the same squad that won them the champ, a good manager in Adkins plus a rich foreign owner.

Bolton and Forest will definitely be up there. Leicester maybe but I'm never convinced by them. I think Wigan may give it a good go judging on their signings but I think it's now or never for them. if they miss out this year they'll never go up.

Bournemouth will make playoffs imo.

I fancy Reading to win the Championship by a fair way. They have already strengthened their squad with Drenthe & Williams. If they can keep the players they have now then they will go back up.

I don't see that Bolton have improved their squad at all. Seem to be a few teams interested in Eagles, if they lose him they could struggle.

QPR are starting to offload players. By the time the season starts their squad could be unrecognisable from the one that came down.

I think there will be 4/5 teams behind Reading with not much between them.

Agree reading will win it IMO. Also think Ipswitch will get promoted Mick Mcarthy has done a great job there. Bolton have a good chance. That would be the 3 I can see coming up :ayatollah:

Forgot about Ipswich.

Certs for playoffs with Mick in charge.
