would he be a decent player to re-sign even as a squad player?wouldnt cost much hes 30 got premier experience and would of thought hed jump at the chance to return.also we need as much cover in defence as possible!but then again after back to back relegations with wolves would his confidence be at a all time low? :?:

FIRST SEASON WITH BRUM HE WAS TIPPED AS AN ENGLISH INTERNATIONAL I WOULD TAKE HIM BACK

3 successive relegations and turned up to training pissed.

Yes but then he went on the booze. Unless you have a special talent like George Best or Paul Merson a footballer never recovers from that. I'm pretty sure Johnson played against us at Wolves, I say I'm pretty sure because in his day he would have made an impact in a game.

didnt know about his drinking and turning up to training pissed!shame he was a very good defender for us and birmingham who was also decent at getting his head on the end of a corner!sounds like its been more than just a one off then?
