why does the lad get so much stick? is it because he hasn't signed 24 hours after a bid had been confirmed accepted? or because he is not saying how much he dreams of playing for us? Jesus people give the kid a break. we are not a big club we have to convince good payers to join us and the people who are saying he is not very good really need to watch him play or look at his stats. I rate him, and said many times he will be a fine addition to our squad, better than what we got IMO.

The people who are giving him stick are just fickle, if a job oppurtuntiy come my way and i was offered 5K more then someone else had offered me, i know which place i would be going.

He did say 50/50 as he wants his son playing for him, but also wants him playing in the Premier League. Thats his take on it.

To date, like Malky, he has kept his counsel and that is to his credit. It's a big move he is about to make and it has to be the right one. As Cardiff City fans we believe he can do no better than us but he will only learn that in time

Tom Ince has no ties with us fans whatsoever, he has no obligation or loyalty to us fans. It's his f*cking career not ours. Stop making out like he's played for us for years and he's trying to move away. We have no right to criticise him for thinking carefully about what may be the biggest move of his whole career.

If he signs then he will have signed and he will be bluebird who gives 100% if he doesn't then good luck in whatever he does, on to the next target.

I think your reading into things to much, Do you honestly think a player is going to fall in love with Cardiff before he even signs? You talk as if he should jump at the chance of signing for us, He's a player and just keeping his options open. He's done nothing wrong and said all the right things.

If he is happy at Beach Donkeys FC then let him stay there. Fair enough, Whittingham here turned down PL clubs but he was older, had played at that level before and was settled. Ince is a youngster who should be chomping at this opportunity and buzzing for it to prove not only to himself he can perform at this level but also Liverpool who let him go.

put yourself in his shoes, you get offered say £25000 a week, and knowing that there could be a chance of you being offered £30000 a week by a more established company, what are you going to do?

We aren't Manchester United, barcelona, Madrid etc. we are cardiff city, we have no divine right to sign good players. We will battle for them and offer the, deals and hope we sell a dream to them, that's better than other teams around us, hoping bigger teams don't want them aswell.

Fair enough, as stated. Swansea and Liverpool have both denied interest. We're the only confirmed bid and we're the only confirmed club to have an offer accepted. Blackpool have said there has been an offer (1) accepted thus implying we are the only club who've put in a proper bid for his services.

If he was deciding between us and Swansea then fair enough but hes deciding between us and staying at Blackpool, as confirmed by Paul Ince, his father, unless Paul is lying of course.

A lot of players take time to choose which club they sign for, which is understandable as it is an important decision. Cornelius said he had a few options before he signed for us, meaning there were other parties interested. Can't blame him for taking his time, wants to take the right move and wants first team football
