What will Cornelius offer us?

So, Andreas Cornelius has signed a 5 year contract for around 8 million. What does he offer us that can help us succeed?

1. He is 6ft 4, making him one of the tallest players in the league. He will instantly fit in to a Whittingham corner or a Gunnarsson long throw (Scandinavian pairing). He along with Hudson, Connelly et all will gove us a nice airiel dominance.

2. He is good with his feet. If you have seen his various montages you will see he can easily control a ball. This willl help with our hold up play when we counter attack. this will help us attacking the bigger teams as we will most likely be counter attacking.

3. He scores. last year the one thing we lacked was a 20 goal a season man. i believe our top scorers was helguson with 9 goals. This guy scored 18 goals in 32 appearences in the Danish league, in his first season. While the danish league is not the best, (no offence) this shows he has the clinical edge to help us survive.

So for £8 million i believe he is a bargain, mainly because he is 20 and if he performs, his value will at least double. Great signing Malky, hopefully more to come

Some good points but lets wait and see how he gets on playing in the prem with us, i dont expect him to see much of the ball vs the bigger teams tbh

I am going for 8 goals next season. Sorry not amazed by this signing but maybe he has lots of potential for the future.

Strength, power, height up top and hopefully a stack of goals

He's gonna take a fair while to settle in and become accustomed to the Prem (big step up from the Danish league). I see him as a long term investment rather than an instant hit. We still need experience imo as we're not gonna be getting any time to settle into the Prem we'll have to hit the ground running. Hope to see him upsetting a few Prem central defenders though.
