The new home kit actually doesn't look too bad

Firstly, I hate the red and will never buy it. But just watching a video on CC Player, I noticed it doesn't look half as bad as it first did with the two tone colours.

agree with you though kit look better in that pic ,even though it would look stunning in blue ,but hey ho !

if I'm brutally honest with myself, if that was some other clubs home kit, then I'd think it was nice..or our away kit even

It's definitely a nice design, and the black shorts look good with it. Yes it's the wrong colour but forgetting that I actually quite like it.

Looks a lot better on second thoughts. I hate red and never will buy it but being honest it looks better. I think the 'visit' on the sponsor makes the shirt better. I'll stick to buying the blue away kit though.

Daft thing, before this fiasco, i may have been tempted to purchase the red away kit over the blue home for the kids (if they wanted it of course)... Now wearing red or blue makes such a statement, I won't buy any red, but it is such a sad state we are in.

It's a nice kit in all honesty (now that they've replaced the original shorts), but it looks nothing like what a Cardiff City kit should look like. I'm looking forward to seeing the yellow and blue kits.

Wrong. The red and black are now our colours. If any other colour was picked, it would show we don't have a fixed identity. The black and red are our primary colours now, just like blue and white were before it.

White and red is United, all red is Liverpool. There's no team with black and red, and that is our identity now. You wouldn't see United wearing blue shorts now or Liverpool in white, so neither should we. Consistency is needed for an identity to be established.

Getting beyond the 'it should be blue' argument, which I , like most, agree with, the kit is actually quite smart. If you were starting up your own team from scratch, it would be a good option - in my view!
