we have to wait for Liverpool.

Sun Jun 30, 2013 6:40 pm

Liverpool have 48hrs to decide if they want to sign Tom Ince, even though Blackpool have accepted our offer. Fcuk off Liverpool who do they think they are FFS... This is according to SSN.

We'll be waiting all bloody summer then and they'll bid £20m at the last minute when they crap themselves.

Part of his original transfer to Blackpool. It's a good thing, it means this will only be dragged out for 48hours. If Liverpool say "No thanks" then he'll be ours. :ayatollah:

Or has Malky set a 24 hour deadline in order to force Tom into turning down Liverpool even before they bid. Just because Liverpool can bid the same doesn't mean Tom has to got there.

So, does he hold off another 24 hours in the HOPE that Liverpool bid but could be left with no move on the table.

I personally don't think Liverpool want him and he doesn't particularly want to come to us. To me this is just a ploy by Blackpool and ince to bring other interested parties to the table.
Out of choice I would rather have wanyama

Liverpool have first refusal on ince, if Blackpool didn't give them 48hrs Liverpool could and would take them to court even if they weren't interested. Liverpool even get a big sell on fee, approx 30-35 percent, thus why the price is so high for him. If we bid about the 6 mill he's worth, Blackpool would only get about 4million. So by us bidding 8 Blackpool get closer to 6 for him.

Liverpool will not bid, they have a small fee out of what we pay and they will take that to put towards Atsu of Porto.

I think Liverpool will looking for bigger players than Ice considering they want to be in the top 4.

Summed up perfectly. My thoughts to a tee.

So much bollocks spouted on here regarding Tom Ince it's unbelieveable. No point in trying to guess what he's going to do so give the bullshit a rest for tonight and wait and see.

Seems about right, but it would like hugely embarrassing to me if Liverpool did come in for him after letting him go originally

Bloody obvious that VT and Malky are more than just looking at Prem survival. More like middle table top 10 then push on even bigger the following season. I understand Malky has more £40-50million to spend. Pisses all over them cocks saying we were signing Mackie, Wayne Bridge, Bent and Charlie Austin HaHaHa - CTID in Malky we trust

If he doesn't want to come here, we should forget him and go for Callum McManaman.

If they eventually decide to take Ince could this release Raheem Sterling to us on loan?

Bent is a full experienced international who has a prem goal scoring record of better than 1 in 3, available for around the 5 mil mark. Bridge is a proven ex chelsea title winner international player who went for 1 mil . Both would imo do a great job for us next year for less than we're paying for ince.

Lets not take our eyes off this years prize, stay in the f*cking division and build from there.

They won't take him I feel, they want Atsu and I feel Rodgers has a plan which is fully in motion

This is why i don't think Liverpool are in for him, sterling is a much better player imo.

Think we are the only SERIOUS bidders for him, and that is probably only because we are willing to over pay for him, that said if he plays as well as i think he can he will be a success and the extra 2 million wont matter :ayatollah:
