Really don't want us to get him now I don't like the fact that he's waiting around on the chance he will get a bigger club also Paul is a t*^t and 100% the one who is pulling the strings behind his boy! As far as I can see we have got a great team ethic and are all hungry for the preimership manger included. The new and old boys in the squad all know what it has taken us to get to where we are now and I don't think we need some youngster coming in spoiling that thinking he's better and could of got a better team had he waited longer.

Tbh - if this IS true, then put yourself in his shoes.
If I were a prof young footballer, and a PL club were in for me, but there's a chance a hige club could also come in, I would consider biding my time to see what they have too say.
He'll get more first team football with us, but then again, if he went to liverpool - how many games did Suso and Sterling have last year?? It's possible he could get enough game time to make him happy at a larger club.
All ifs and buts, but I hope he signs for us

Nothing to feel bad about he will go where the most money is at the time with whatever clubs want him on blackpools asking price, same as any player being touted about

A bid has been accepted by Blackpool from us which is great news, now malky has to persuade ince to sign.
I'm confident malky can and ince will be a city player by the end of the week.

For the OP.
Ince is unsure if he wants to relocate to South Wales.
That is the issue at hand...
No other club has bid for him...
Liverpool and Spurs both showed interest but have eyes set on other targets...

Yeh can't blame him taking his time he's still young and it's a big move in his career. Hopefully malky can make him feel welcome and sell the club and city of cardiff to him because I think ince will be a hit in the prem and could see him scoring 10goals for us next season

um, he's on holiday isn't he? think I read some article where his dad says he's back from holiday tomorrow. I know he can decide over the phone but give the lad a chance to get back in the country!

Ince for £8 or Gayle for £6m.
I know what id prefer...

Blackpool manager Paul Ince has confirmed the club have accepted a bid from Cardiff City for his son Thomas.
The bid is believed to be around £8 million, but Ince is unsure whether his son - who was voted the Football League's Young Player of the Year - will leave the Seasiders.
"Cardiff have come in massively for Thomas and the chairman has accepted their offer," said the manager.
"I'm not sure what the offer is as I've been away. It's a case of when he comes back, we'll sit down and see what we want to do. He loves it here and has told me he's in no rush to leave the club.
"I think it's 50/50 at the moment. It's a tricky one for me - ideally you want your son to be playing in the Premier League, but you also want him to be playing for you. I wouldn't put my hat on it that he'll be playing in the Premier League this year."

Who wouldn't try and get the best deal for themselves?
Sun Jun 30, 2013 8:12 pm
I feel he won't come here not because of what's being said on the MB, just because he feels at comfort with his dad at Blackpool, it can work out either way, he could join us and prove himself, use us as a stepping stone and stay with us for ages and become a hero or still play well but fuel a move to a bigger club or he could stay at Blackpool and earn a move that way or one serious injury and... BOOM, never regains that form again
Sun Jun 30, 2013 8:19 pm
livetpool will sign him and loan him to us

According to this link - Ince has not spoken to Cardiff yet ???
Today’s post is number 500! The plan was that this Sunday there would be no news to report on, turns out there is! Karl Oyston confirmed that he’s accepted a bid for Tom Ince from Cardiff. A deal is far from being done as Ince hasn’t talked to Cardiff yet, he may wait for further offers to be accepted. It’s thought to be around £8.5 million.
Paul Ince has commented in the past that a move to a team where he would play is the best option for his son, rather than sitting on the bench at a big club. He would walk into the first team at Cardiff, however he might be holding out for an established Premier League outfit to have a bid accepted.

With a dad like Paul Ince and his previous regarding transfers (eg West Ham to Man Utd scarf issue) then of course he's advising him to play the waiting game to see if there's any better opportunities coming his way.

Ince has an option. He can come to Cardiff City and play premiership football NOW on a far higher wage than he's getting and
prove himself, add to his reputation, and become an England International
Or.. he only got 1 yr left on his contract, He could sit tight and leave Blackpool for nowt next year and pocket a big signing-on deal. But that would mean another 12 months playing on that paddy field. I dont think for one minute hes playing hard ball here and will bite malkys hand off. Oyston will be shitting himself right now. he wants the £8m

Not quite true, Blackpool have the option to keep taking him up on a 12 month deal, as they have done this summer.

He's a normal bloke, why should he come to cardiff unless he's completely thought about it. He's not a Cardiff boy, he doesnt support cardiff, has no ties to the place. He will go to the biggest club who offers him the best garrentees of playing time with decent money. And who wouldn't! As long aS he puts in the effort if he does come then who cares.

Exactly. I dont know what planet some people are on.
Its a big move for the kid. he is 21 years old, being touted as a future England international, hes obviously heard of interest from bigger clubs than Cardiff City (albeit this may just be press stories), hes got to move a long way from home, and he obviously needs to be right in his own mind he is making the right decision.
Gone are the days where football teams are filled with local talent and the clubs are owned by the the local butcher, baker, candlestick maker.
