As one of our 25 PL squad members? Maybe this is another reason to go after promising youngsters. Would Ince also not be subjected to the 25 man rule? If so, it's like creating extra PL roster spots for free.

Cornelius won't count and if we sign Ince he won't either.

Not talking about the transfer fee. The club have spent a lot of money to bring him in.
What I meant to say was that if Cornelius is one of our best 25 players it's like we get an extra roster spot added to our list of 25. Any U21 who is good enough for our 1st team will allow us to have another over 21 year old player on our PL roster without taking up one of our 25 spots. Obviously we can only field so many players on game day, but to increase our list of 25 to a theoretical 25+ by including U21s in our first team must be seen as a good thing for the short and long term future.
