Wonder if this has anything to do with his son leaving for us?

if true the guy needs to decide if he wants to be a manager or his sons agent, hes only just got back into a job and could be prepared to leave if the ysell his son.

Good player, shit manager who thinks because he is a good player he deserves the respect of a top manager.

As Fergie once said. Charlie Big Spuds.

Plays the race card. Why no black football managers? They don't get given a chance etc.

Then he leaves or gets sacked very quickly after getting a job. Must be his 3rd time now?

He is full of himself but obviously lacks the talent/skills/management to actually do the job.

Hope he stays there and takes the horrible club back down to where they should be.

Surely Tom Ince isn't being sold behind his back as Paul is his agent?

Palace fans think they're in for Tom Ince as well. Would they match an £8million bid? Holloway pulling power?

I think Ince Snr has always had his head up his own backside and needs to realise he isn't a 'big' name anymore; hence his arrival at Blackpool rather than a team with ambition

Ince Jnr is apparently a different kettle of fish and hasn't yet been to affected by the limelight

Assuming he comes, Malky will ensure his feet stay on the ground big time

It would be churlish to stop the boy from moving to a club 'on the up' (that's Swansea out, then  ) in order to soothe the ego and so-called ambition of the wrong person (in this case the father) :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Get down to Cardiff, Tom, a warm Welsh welcome awaits  :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Too true, I've always hated him playing the race card when it comes into place, what's the need?
I agree entirely, Tom Ince would keep his head cool here with the services of Malky Mackay to keep him under his wing he'd go on to be a great player

Would he really go there when they're the least favourite to stay up etc? Holloway was awful coming into his last few months at blackpool and showed no respect, they're making a 6m bid for Gayle anyway.. But their owner did say, hopefully two signings on Monday
