CCFC - what a contrast!

Thu Jun 27, 2013 6:07 pm

Lads I don't want this to become too controversial a thread but I remember not too long ago playing against Coventry in the FA cup and this was a huge game for us against a "big club" who had never been relegated from the top flight.

Type #CCFC into twitter and you'll see hundreds of cov fans caning their board for putting them into administration and selling all their best players for next to nothing while the other CCFC are counting down the days to making their premier league debut and have just clinched their record signing, capturing a player who was being watched by Man Utd, Arsenal, Spurs, Dortmund and Milan!

Though some would have you think it's all doom and gloom, these are great days to be a Cardiff City fan.

Some Cardiff fans would swap places with Coventry to stay blue.

Enjoy it while we can I say. The good times are here but you just never know what's around the corner.. Pompey, cov, rangers etc, I bet they never expected to be where they are now compared to where they were not so long ago

I would most definitely swap places with Coventry to watch Cardiff in blue. Haven't seen us play since the rebrand, and have no intention of watching a game this season. Still support Cardiff and wish the club well, but cannot bring myself to go anymore :(

Same here mate. I have not been to the ground at all since the rebrand and will refuse to do so until the day arrives (please God) that we return to blue.
It is just not the club I loved at the moment.
So for me, it is NOT a great time to be a Cardiff fan.
And yes it is hurting.
