Demand Based Pricing - fair or not? Fans' Survey.

Hi Cardiff supporters!

I am a postgraduate student at Loughborough University, studying on the MSc Sport Management programme. I am writing a dissertation about the tactics used by football clubs to increase match-day revenues and attendance. In particular my research considers whether demand-based pricing can improve match-day revenue, attendance and fans' satisfaction.

As you know, there are only two clubs in the English football industry that have adopted such pricing, so Cardiff really leads the way! I have already interviewed your ticket manager, and now I need your help!

It will take approximately 3-4 minutes of your time! And you can't imagine how valuable would be your responses! So I will greatly appreciate if you help me to finish my project!

It would have been good to have a comments box in your survey.

I think the overall concept of demand pricing is a good idea, but I can't see it working that well in the PL for us due to the fact of high demand for every game.

The only people who may benefit are they away fans, so I hope a lot of other clubs bring it in because if the reported price of £49 to go and watch west ham are correct I think I might have to give it a miss. PL football is a rip off and british clubs need to be a bit more like the germans and treat us like fans not customers.

Some of the questions are too similar in their wording so makes them pointless and long drawn out.

Unfortunately, it is all about reliability of responses. All surveys are based on this principle... And from a researcher's point of view they are quite valuable.

Gyus, final effort please! Need 15 responses more to pass minimum threshold level! Lets do it for the sake of Cardiff City and football science!
