its in the bag for sure.

I haven't seen an awful lot of him but from his stats alone it seems a mammoth amount of money. for example based on their last championship seasons respectively...

Scott Sinclair - games 43 goals 19
Tom Ince - games 44 goals 18

and Sinclair will never be a good Prem player. ill be watching with interest.

cant just judge a player purely on the goals he scores though

have you seen the Blackpool pitch? i feel sorry for any player having to try to play football on that.

14 assists. The highest in the championship last season. A 22% percentage assist success rate, just ahead of Chris Eagles. Impressive and he will get better. Sinclair isnt even listed in the top ten when they played in the championship last. So at least Ince scores and provides goals, as a player in his position should be able to do.

You and us both. Not that impressed with Ince, but will hope (IF) he signs he can live up to the hype.
Did not look good in the U21 competition. English and over rated comes to mind for me. Lightweight, goes down easily but quick and very tricky player.

Yeah wasn't impressed with him in that either, Redmond looked good though.

hes much better than sinclair.

Genuine question. Has any other prem club made a bid for ince?

The reported 8.5 mil fee is imo about 4mil to much for ince' s so called potential. Had a terrible under 21 tournament. Young English players are overrated and over valued.

Liverpool only paid 10 mil for young Brazilian courtinio from inter milan and the kid oozes class, you can see why they let ince go.. Ince has potential, nothing more. 4-5 mil would imo be a fair price.

Redmond has personal, non football issues, so not want him either.

I'm excited by it. To score 18 goals is great anyway, never mind from the wing and playing in a below average team on a shitty pitch. Just the kind of player we need

Liverpool had the chance to get him for around £5m due to the % sell on fee in his contract when they initially sold him to Blackpool and they decided not to bid as far as I understand.

Comparing Sinclair against Ince is a poor choice.

Sinclair's last Championship season was in a team that were promoted with 80pts. Blackpool last season finished 15th. Add in Sinclair's penalty tally and I think the comparison is unfair.

Beware the Toon just coming into the betting. Nowhere before today but now sniffing around.

Lets hope their managerial shenanigans are still up in the air for, another week and they cannot make a decision.

Easy mistake to make. I got mixed up over Joniesta (palarse), Inieasta and my old car. Almost got the wrong insurance.

Ince chose to leave Liverpool to take a differant route to play first team football hoping he would develop better than being in the stands.
Danny rose didnt do alot for the u21s is he shit? Zaha wickham Henderson chalobah none of these players played well at the euro championships so they are all shit players are they?
It was a bad all round team performance. I trust malkys opinion and his scouting staff aswell along with the other clubs that have been interested in ince. Don't give up your day job
