Be great if we can get malky to speak to wanyama before he goes to Malaysia, with malky having connections with Celtic this can be a positive in trying to get wanyama here wonder if it can be done before malky goes to Malaysia aswell? Anyone in the know got any info?

If we can get him under 10 mil it is a great coup imo.
I don't know if the price being thrown around is true or not.
A lot of clubs will be interested in him due to his potential and his displays for Celtic judging the attention.
A lot of clubs will be skeptical on his price whether to go for it or not.
I guess we might have some kind of attraction and if he is weighing up his options then he can turn to Ledley and Matthews for their advice considering they are ex Cardiff players and if it is true he is happy to be linked with us.
I think if anyone will sign him it might take a while though and won't happen this week imo.

I had a message earlier that a journalist from the Guardian was on the radio today saying Wanyama has met with Southampton and Cardiff and how impressed he is with Malky and the plans for us. I'm still expecting Liverpool or Everton to make a move, but if we pull this off it would be unbelievable

That puts an answer to the reviews why he is happy with us then.

Sounds promising

I would just match southamptons offer and sign him up quick before any other clubs come in for him, if he had a few good seasons for us in the prem then potentially he could be sold on for 20million or more so he got a sell on value I'd say. This signing would top ince or gomis for me.
