are we missing something?

Like most -I'm eager for signings.
I expect, like me, a lot are refreshing etc waiting for our
2 in the bag etc.

Dunno whether I've ate dodgy mushrooms or something
But I'm really getting excited about Maynard and Campbell.

Been watchin confeds (certain that our players are too)
And some of the movement on the pitch reminds me of Campbell
And Maynard!

I know we def need another striker BUT
I'm really warming to seeibing Maynard and Campbell.

Am I nuts or does anyone think there is mileage in those thoughts?

I know a striker is probably needed to play the lone striker role. But if we had to rely on campbell and Maynard to score us goals i believe they would come good, they both could chip in with 10 goals each potentially. More goals in our team the better

We do seem eager for a striker when we have two that could hit it off fantastically in the Prem. Who says we need a target man.

I assume most of us would be annoyed if we did not bring in a first team striker, but would it be the end of the world if we just brought in a good striker for the bench?

I rate both but feel we need a targetman whose bound to score goals, ala Darren Bent
