OT - Samsung Galaxy S4 - Buy Outright Advice

If in doubt go to those you trust, but they're not available so I've come here.

I have been trying to buy a handset outright as I have an amazingly cheap T-Mobile contract that still allows tethering and if I upgrade I lose the tethering for good and want to keep it.
I have been caught up in two failed ebay purchases and a full out fraud that took ages to sort out. Con artists just know what is in demand and are scum.
Anyone got any ideas or great sites for the cheapest new handsets? I am about to deal at £404 from a very legitimate shop so just wondering if there are any others out there before I go ahead. There are some really cheap ones on Gumtree but the "really cheap" part has me concerned.
