Your not going to be happy

Fri Jun 21, 2013 4:43 pm

I was told today, cardiff are only going to be given 1350 tickets for the game against swansea at the liberty.

Re: Your not going to be happy

Fri Jun 21, 2013 4:47 pm

That's about 10% of your capacity so we can't complain really.

2050 is what every club could of had last season not all took up the 2050 tho, and this is not a wind up. I was told to safeguard cardiff fans the away end capacity will be cut for that game, because there is no other way of doing it as there are swansea season ticket holders within 1 metre of the away end for all other games.

In all fairness, you would be doing us a favour as it's one game I would rather watch on tv as it's too much hassle for such a shit and small ground :malky:

To safeguard us from any diseases (like measles) I suppose.
approx. 6 ft is the distance communicable diseases can travel.
We will be restricting you (at the CCS) coming to a clean disease free place as well. Bit like the rabies controls they have around Europe.

No, we won't well have 1800 like we did in 2011. You'll have the same at our place.

We will be getting less than other clubs because your car park for away fans is small for coaches, but we will be getting our usual poor allocation of approx 1,800, due to it being a full bubble match.

No you wont belive what you like, the liberty in 2011 did not have season ticket holders right up against the away end like there is now.

What happened to the 10% minimum? or do you only get 13500 in the little ground nowadays?

You can easily get over 40 coaches into that car park, last time swansea played at cardiff in cardiff all the swansea coaches were parked there about 40 and still room left. It has nothing to do with the car park tho, and every thing to do with the north east, and north west stands that now are full of swansea season ticket holders,(they were not the last time you played there) as i have already said this is not a wind up 1350 thats all you will have.

Your supposed to get 10% for pl games and 15% for cup games, the person who told me is a police officer who travels away not as a fan but as a police officer with swans fans, bumped into him today and said the decision has already been made by the police and club, as i said tho belive what you like but thats what i was told today.

They'd have to be as dull as dishwater to kick of from their own ST seat, the clubs computer would be revoking tickets all over the shop.

It has almost kicked off there a few times since swansea got into the pl, and belive me with a 1 metre segregation it would kick off big time, the police and club are not taking the chance.

Reduced allocation due to the councils ground capacity I can understand, but "to safeguard Cardiff fans" - from what? The jack "army" :laughing5: :laughing5: :laughing5:

Don't worry about us, we'll be OK

There may have been room left in the ccs car park and have a think why? Bigger car park, bigger stadium in a bigger city.

I wouldn't be surprised if the OP is right about your allocation.

There will need to be increased segregation compared to other games and that segregation will have to come in the away end as opposed to the home end (where it previously was) due to those seats now being taken by ST holders.

For our safety? f**k me wish they'd done that a few years back after the jacks ate nuckle sanwiches all day in '91 there was a massive outbreak of HEP B in Cardiff, traced back to cuts and abrasiuns on hundreds of Cardiff fists after knocking f**k out of the disease ridded cunts all day. For our safety? how about face masks and gloves you small ground, small fan base, low life expectanscy pox ridden smack heads

If that's the case then... It's 1,350 when you visit the capital.

It doesn't work like that Smurf :thumbright:

At the end of the day, I'm sure the club would be more than happy to take an extra 500x£45 but it will be the Safety Advisory Group that have the final say, not the club.
