I honestly think there are signings that have been made but none will be announced until this date. This is when the window opens again and when most contracts run out!

When does the transfer window open?
Players can not officially put pen to paper until July 1 but the Premier League allows business to be conducted once their season finishes and clubs can announce signings throughout June. Free agents can also sign for new employers once their contracts expire.

Transfer window is already open but the players aren't officially sold/bought until July 1st. Look at Danny Wilson. Left Liverpool and signed for Hearts, but because they've gone into Admin they can't buy him now, even though he signed a contract with them

Where i think people are getting confused is this, the transfer window is already open, (june 11th) but most players contracs run until july 1st, that is when there will be a lot more movement of players, everyone should just take it easy, malky will bring in the right players.
