West Ham Away No Restrictions?

Thu Jun 20, 2013 8:27 pm

Last season at some of the travel meetings it was mentioned that once in the Premier League and because of our excellent behaviour at away games over the last few years, City would hardly have a bubble or ticket exchange match.

Apart from Swansea and maybe Chelsea(depending).

I honestly can not see why West Ham away would need to be either, for anyone to even contemplate this means in my opinion they have not moved forward and are still living in the dark ages.

Why in my opinion it should not have restrictions.

We now have virtually the lowest arrests at football in the top 2 divisions.
Our travel clubs are all vetted and meet to discuss all plans/behaviour ect before away games.
No one wants to miss out on City's biggest season for over 50 years, so do not want to be banned.
Football has moved on big time and at Cardiff City even bigger.
I expect our club not to accept any restrictions, in fact I dont expect us to have any requested by West Ham, if going by whats said at the meetings.

MILLWALL V CARDIFF C/BRISTOL C V CARDIFF CITY these games to me rank much higher than any other CCFC games excluding Swansea, both have big histories of violence up there with the worst, now both have NO RESTRICTIONS at all :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Spot on , Annis. West Ham's attitude is appalling. Not as if they are angels themselves, especially at other London grounds. If they place any restrictions on us, then we should double them in return. Call their bluff, and expose this goody goody, salt of the earth, East Enders crap. Remember two years ago, first game of the season. Bubble, voucher exchange at South Mims. Only gave us about a thousand tickets. 1pm kick off. Twelve coppers went on to search our coach. Found nothing. Meanwhile, the night before, tha riots had started in Tottenham. To be fair, the Met were OK that day. Obviously, they had more important things to worry about. West Ham need to get off their high horse.

I believe there will be one restriction for this game. All fruit stalls will be shut from 2 hours before kick off until 2 hours after the game has finished

I agree we should all be allowed to train it to Paddington and enjoy a few beers there before catching the tube to Upton Park but I bet they prevent us from doin this. Not only should we be fighting to get our blue back we should say NO to any more travel restrictions and our Club should back us.Enough is enough .
