Has anyone else's season ticket vanished when they log in?

I signed into add a gold membership to my network, and the only membership etc which shows now is my mates gold memebership my ST has gone??

hmmm, not sure if its just something with the site.


I couldnt find anything untill i went to account and transaction history, still showing that i renewed on the 27th March, thats good enough for me

Mine still shows on my purchases, so that'll have to do for me, as long as my card is through in time for Man City I'm happy

Yea mine isn't showing up either, but it is showing on purchase history. So that'll have to do. Aslong as they send them out alot earlier than last year. 3 days before start of season is cutting it a bit fine

If they sent you an e-mail to vote for the colour of the shorts, then you are OK. Doubt if they just 'lose' ST holders off the system!

You'll be fine

Have the same problem.

Doesn't come up on transactions either.

Though I did use pay monthly option.

Have emailed the ticket office.
