If it is its about time the met police f*cking grew up. If we can go to millwall with no restrictions and no problems, the same can be done at west ham.

same police force covering both millwall and west ham. If they made the Millwall game no restrictions then i dont see a problem for the West Ham one. :ayatollah:

Its about time our fans stopped acting like country bumpkins on a day trip to the big city.

Weve been to London a number of times now, for far bigger occasion than the Hammers away, and if we wanted to be treated like humans, then we need to stop acting like mental patients out on day release.

I don't think London will be good for us in terms of away trips, Chelsea, spurs, west ham, bubble trips

Fulham, arsenal, should be ok,

It will be a season or two before the aforementioned three realise we dont have a large active element anymore.

The police have spent over a decade dismantling Cardiffs mob and stopping it from travelling, they wont let it come back together. No chance.

I think our fans will definitely need to keep their wits about them in this first season.

Not just the capital but Everton and Mancs for example, they will be out for Cardiff I am sure.

I think a lot of premier league clubs are going to have a shock at how family orientated our fans have become (especially at home).

And like you say fans who travel next season need to keep their wits about them because a lot of these clubs are going to turn up in numbers looking for a scalp over City.

This is just my opinion though and I don't condone violence of any sort

Thought I'd get that in before someone starts having a dig :malky: :malky:

Agreed mate its not about condoning violence its about being street wise :malky: :thumbright:

This is not a dig at the new fans, but a lot of them couldnt begin to believe what happened when we went to West Ham 10 years ago. It was frightening what went on that day, to any normal law abiding citizen it would be sheer terror.

West Ham got smashe all up barking toad then our coach had the brunt of their anger.
60 of them come back with rocks rather than fruit and took it out on our coach which was a sitting duck.

I love bubble trips. Its the best way to get loads of police in one area to make fun of for a good day out. :old:

The only other place I had as much fun is in a police station but theres no atmosphere in there.

There will be huge mobs out next season looking for Cardiff. Just look what Everton did away to Leeds this year, they attacked any Leeds lads that they could find, they had a mental night out in Yorkshire :old:

I don't think there's any huge mobs left these days. England don't even take big firms abroad anymore. There may well be small firms looking for us next season, but not huge!
