Home games follow against two of the top-flight's bigger clubs as Manchester City visit on August 24 and then Everton a week later. The Bluebirds face Welsh rivals Swansea for the first time on November 2, with consecutive home matches against Manchester United and Arsenal also pencilled in for the end of that month. Malky Mackay's men tackle Southampton (H) on Boxing Day and are off to Arsenal on New Year's Day. Trips to Manchester City (18) and Manchester United (28) follow in January, while the return game with Swansea is scheduled for February 8.
