Exactly what I was thinking and we've got a very difficult start to be able to get up a head of steam!

Perhaps we'll feel more confident when we see what signings Malky brings in, before the season starts!

Gary Lineker has already been getting it in the neck on Twitter from fans convinced their club will be the last to be shown in Match of the Day.

Meanwhile Ladbrokes are already offering odds on which game will be shown first on the BBC's flagship highlight's programme.

What do you reckon?

Arsenal v A Villa 9/1
Chelsea v Hull 7/4
C Palace v Tottenham 10/1
Liverpool v Stoke 14/1
Man City v Newcastle 5/1
Norwich v Everton 25/1
Sunderland v Fulham 28/1
Swansea v Man Utd 5/2
WBA V Southampton 28/1
West Ham v Cardiff 16/1

if I hadnt given up punting I would go for City v Newcastle if I had to bet right now this minute.

New manager and new stars at City, and somethings tells me the Newcastle soap opera will continue all summer.
