With Kimbo likely to be playing in the final stages of the world cup next year Can anyone tell me when was the last time we had a current city player playing in the world cup final stages. I not sure if we have to look back to 1958. Or did Tony Vidmar play for the Aussies when he was with us ?

Pretty sure he was at a Dutch club for the World Cup.

You are right I checked he was with us 2003 to 2005 then join a Dutch club So it's not Tony

Iceland are 3rd in their group as well, would be great!
