Heard rumours that Ralls will be loaned to Birminham and Mason to Leeds, anyone else heard this.

I heard Joe Mason was going to be loaned out to Leeds a few weeks ago.

Be a good move for both players. If we get the targets being mentioned it will only push both players down the pecking order. Regular 1st team football will help them both

I'd keep Mason in and around the first team personally, I honestly believe he's good enough to start games in the Prem but i know not many will agree.

I dont mind loaning Mason as long as it doesn't signal the end of his career with us , think he will have a bright future , Ralls I'm not so sure on yet but they both need games

Out of interest where did you hear Mason to Leeds?
I broke that rumour a few weeks back and Carl said he hadn't heard anything on it as yet?

Agree with instant recalls.
But one point I find difficult to understand is that people keep saying we need a bigger squad for the PL.
Yet there are almost 20% less games (8 at least in number) so therefore we just need better quality rather than more numbers. Bellamy said the midweek breaks PL teams get are important (compared to Championship).
