A forum for all things Cardiff City

From the BBC website...
Son Heung-Min's agent claims a host of Premier League clubs were interested in signing the South Korea striker, 20, before he completed a £8.49m move from Hamburg to Bayer Leverkusen.
Thies Bliemeister told German paper Bild: "Liverpool, Tottenham, Fulham, Southampton and Cardiff were interested in concrete terms. At the beginning and Manchester City. Chelsea and Manchester United have observed Son.
"I think, at clubs like Liverpool and Tottenham he would also be able to play. But I think Leverkusen for the next two or three years is the right step to develop. "
Shame as he looks a top player but just to even see Cardiff's name mentioned along side Liverpool & Spurs, is still a bit unreal to me.

Yeah that would be a quality signing. Not too out of reach either. Can see why Malky went for him

Very good player, rate him very highly.
Another player whose been in top form in the Bundesliga this year is Mame Biram Diouf. I know we were linked to him a few seasons ago, I wonder if MM is thinking of going back in for him
