It might sound like a silly question. But I can remember in 2008, in the run-up to the F.A cup final - Platini made it publicaly known that he would fight for us to play in Europe the following season.
This along with the fact we have been given permission to hold a pre-season training camp for the last 2 years at the UEFA base in Nyon. A lot of clubs may not get that opportunity.
Not to mention that CCS will be holding the SuperCup final in 2014, with potential upgrades added at the cost to UEFA themselves.
Are we in a privileged position?

Yeh I see him in the Vic park pub all the time. We all know him as franky.

His grandfather wasn't from France he was actually italian and from the Piedmont region. Like many italians at the time he came to the UK to find a job and ended up in Southh Wales selling ice cream.
