Ive been told our club shop will not be stocking any more Blue Retro 70's classic Dwyer shirts large/extra large sizes or any of the other ones.
So its up to Our fans and Bluebirds Unite, Billy the Badge etc to get out there and stock up, as there is plenty of demand I can assure you

Yes Adam this comes as no surprise to me.
Of course there has to be a demand there in the first place so the club would have need to have done a survey as the product is different to what is the normal. Something tells me this has not been done and if so it is down to us fans to show we just don't want this. Here is a great opportunity for us and lets hope we get our message out.

History now Annis leave the kiddies have their time mate

Annis, it's simple, the clubs loss, someone else's gain. Good luck to Billy and others, they'll make direct profit and about time.
Stop worrying, every cloud......................

It's all part of the slow squeeze to kill the fight in the blue campaign. Why is the club having two alternative kits and not an away and third strip? It's so they don't have to use the blue kit if possible. Tan is treating this as a cold war and they will do everything possible to make it as difficult as possible for the blue campaigners to get the CCS blue at home games.
Sat Jun 15, 2013 9:35 am
They've done this because of the campaign to get people to wear blue at games.it's going to be embarrassing for the ccfc board when the tv cameras and pundits focus on this issue.

What's the material like? Is it like it is in the picture? Or is it more modern?

The more you push the more Tan will take to prove a point. By retaliating you're playing right into his hands.

So what do we do, buy red? Maybe that will convince him to change back to blue

I know that. I was wondering if the material was retro as well or if it had been remade. Tit.

The Toffs shirt is quality mate, not made from polyester it's 100% cotton and really well made. I can see loads of these will be on show next season and as far as i am concerned that makes me very happy.

Just MTFU and ride out the storm. Like a bunch of bitches crying someone took your dummy FFS. Pull yourself together you're supposed to be grown men. Tans got everyone sulking. Play him at his own game. Take his money and as soon as he's gone then we go back to our colours. No point moaning about it coz Tan don't give a shit. He's laughing it over - the speech was proof of that.
Anyway I'm off on holiday my dear Polo so enjoy looking after the Rugrats.
Ciao

Any one ever thought if the clamour to wear blue was there pre rebrand and blue merchandise was selling a plenty then the income may have made VT think different??
Ive never worn blue/red gear and to be honest very few did as i recall.

I was never a fan of the Yellow stripe, messing with our plain Blue shirt, we'll have the St. David's flag next..
Sat Jun 15, 2013 5:26 pm
If our club had any respect to the fans the away kits would be basically this, I know Puma templates bla bla but money can sort that. I've got mine can't wait to wear it on my jollies. Better material than actual football shirts.

When the yellow stripe first appeared (from nowhere, overnight), there was a fair bit of complaining from our fans. Nothing like now, but it took some getting used to. Eventually it became a 'retro classic'.

heard the clubshop will stock these retro shirt for the new pro-red fans instead:
