Whether or not him signing for you is true, he managed 14 goals in his first season down here, 12 of them in the Prem, not a bad return for a £3 million signing. He managed 7 in the first half of last season before he joined Sunderland.

Whatever happened to him down here last season, and I've heard a few different stories, he got us goals, and they aren't that easy to come by in the Premier League. Maybe he just needs a manager that knows and trusts him to get him back on the rails?

Part of the deal is that Cardiff buy him a 'modern' dwelling, so they have come to a deal with the owners of Trecco Bay and he moves into a 'Deluxe' caravan mid-July just in time for what used to be called 'Miners Fortnight'
