From the looks of that it probably means Bale will be staying with them for another year. For us I would take them any day but realisticly I'd take Huddlestone and townsend

yeah i wasnt putting bale in the front man role ,as a striker defoe is spurs best ,looks like there getting rid of a few so they can give bale an even better deal to keep him at the club,not gonna last long though hes destined for one of the big clubs...got madrid all over it thats where I see him,and with spurs having a link with madrid.

some good players there, will be interesting to see the level of ambition at our club if we are to go for any of them.

I think Huddlestone is a quality player and not been given a fair crack recently. He's a realistic target as well. I think Adebayor is a mercenary and is more likely to go to China or the MLS than us purely because of the money. Defoe I think will stay, they are short of strikers particularly if they sell Adebayor.

100% Defoe and I wouldn't mind Assou ekotto and Parker would fit the bill in terms of Malkys requirements.

Parker was awful last season imo. Think his best days are long gone. Really poor and no where near the player he used to be.
