No they are not! unless you have xray vision, only way to see through them is to open the slats with your hands, and the security will stop you, as its against football stadium regs, but do you really want to be a plastic and watch from inside or on the monitors?

Translucent to let light through them, take my word on this , you cannot see through them when the slats are closed and during play they are
