Yet most that squad command big deal transfer fees.
No wonder people look abroad.

Pearce should be taking a lot of the flak himself because eleven players dont all play shit for no reason
Shows what a gem we got in Malky. City played shite at times las season but he never slaghtered the players even wen we
lost at Charlton wen he was righlty pissed off he turned it round to say how we neatly pulled off a draw   . This just
proves to me that we should be looking overseas for good young players cos the ones in the UK are generally nowhere near as
good as the prices being asked

Pearce played Zaha behind the front men in the defeat to Norway and then had the cheeky to blame his players for not doing their jobs properly. The guy has no clue! He has also picked several players with renowned attitude problems (Wickham being the main one!) and then wonders why they don't put the effort in.

English football is proper fucked.

Holland got it right. when kids start playing results arent everything and each kid has to have the same amount of time on
the pitch as every other lad so it makes sure kids don't feel like they are shit and warming the bench. imagine that in britain
ten minutes to go and your best kids have to go off with u wining one nil and your shit ones have to get their time on the pitch.
it takes the competetivenes out of kids football so the coaches can concentrate on just letting the kids play football instead of
zonal marking/keep your shape and win win win. British football is producing robots now

What is a worry with the lack of young English players & football clubs endless fascination with all things foreign could eventually have dire effects for Wales with England poaching our best anglo qualified players.
