The idea is simple, wear blue and retain our identity as a blue club.
This is not a 'get Tan out' group, it is a movement to to keep the blue very much part of Cardiff City Football Club.
Sian spoke passionately to the packed out pub and is looking to get a meeting with Vincent Tan and club officials to discuss the issues that thousands of supporters have with the colour change.
As was said this evening, our support will welcome supporters from far and wide, including support from Malaysia but at the same time please respect our wishes and what we feel strongly about.
I can see this group getting bigger and generating a lot of support.
There is to be a committee formed and registering the group as a charity.
The group is not against modern football and I have seen the pictures of a small flag being held up but it must be stressed that the organisers of the group do not share this thought and the group does not support the message on the banner.
Annis spoke at the meeting and asked those in attendance not to boycott games but to turn up wearing blue. This is one of the most powerful statements we can show to the watching world.
I did not know what to expect from tonight's meeting but I felt positive leaving there tonight that this group has the right intentions and are not disruptive group intent on driving out our biggest shareholder but more the case of uniting the stakeholders, the fans.

Even the piece in the echo of sians argument with her butcher was needless in my opinion. Many, like myself would like to see us play in blue again but dont want to bite the hand that feeds us.
If it wasn't for the rebrand Vincent Tan would be our best owner ever by an absolute country mile. He travels over from malaysia frequently, he (along with tg) saved us from liquidation, he lets malky get on with the football side of things and he has supported his vision for the club 100%.
I wish his PR with the fans was better but in the grand scheme of things I still thing he has been a massive positive for this club.
I sincerely hope that bluebirds unite will continue to be constructive in their way of going about things and will be quick to dispel any sign of antagonism which is bound rise up from 1 or 2

We are divided and have been for the past year. Hopefully, this is the start of us healing the wounds.

This is one of the challenges that faces the group, convincing Tan that the best way forward is to promote Cardiff City as how everyone sees us and not the image he thinks is needed.

I didn't realise there was anyone left that still believed this.

Giving Tan a good laugh for free. He's not going to give a shit
1) He stays and he does what he wants
2) He walks and says on your own and we're screwed
He has us by the bollocks currently. Its time to sit patient and wait until he puts us in a stronger position. Patience is a virtue.
