I'll go for Marshall, Hudson, Taylor, Whittingham/ Gunnarsson, Mutch, Kimbo, Bellamy and Campbell. So 8 as well but a slightly different 8.

I doubt Taylor will be in it.
He got sent off at Hull so will surely be suspended.

I think the op means our usual 11 not the very first 11 alone

Maynard?

I think his direct play in running at defenders and ultimately diving in the box will get City a few points next season.
Looking forward to seeing him prove the Hammer wrong.

Marshall,Hudson ?(I wouldnt),Taylor,Bellers(Only 20 games a season my opinion), Kim, Noone(Malky not that keen, nor me for Premier League), Mutch if fit, but is injury prone, could be a great asset and yes to Gunnarson.

Personally I think we need at least 6 new first team players, Premier League Standard.

Guts, bottle and determination is what we have at the moment, we need to add some class. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

I only believe 5 out those 8 I mentioned will cut it in the Prem. I believe Malky will start with least 8 thou from last season in the opening game

im with you, think hudson will cost us points in the premiership sadly a step to far for him in a bottom half team.

but marshall, taylor, kim, mutch kim and gunnerson. If its bellers last season, i think he could push to play more games, dont see him playing any cup games though.

Big pre season for Whitts. either puts a shift in or leaves the club. dont see him impacting a game much from the bench.

2 new centre halfs for me 2 new forwards to go with the main 2 we have, a winger, a right back and a CM of premiership background.

i think if we dont strengthen big now we face a long season. Its been proven that the Jan transfer window doesnt really help struggling teams, so we need to do it now and do it early to let them settle and have a pre season together.(although i know its not as easy as saying we need the players by july, getting them is another story)

Yes I agree , but I think the nucleus of the team will start and further changes will be made if things go pear shaped.
Could be a fine balancing act.. Don't want to be signing big money signings on long contracts and then find ourselves back in the championship

Bellamy on ITV the other night said this team now needs quality adding to it. Said they were a fantastic bunch of lads, but the team now needs Quality to survive in the Premier League.

I think we would all love to see quality players being brought in but at what expense ? Bellers certainly ain't paying the wages.

I think we have missed a trick by not increasing our stadium capacity by more this season

I agree the capacity should of been 35,000 for next season.
When you say at what expense? I dont mean go over board, just hope Malky now adds quality to his battling squad.

The small matter of the increased revenue?! After all, that's what it's there for.

Just follow the WBA model.

make sure contracts are league related, wages, bonus and all other add ons are reduced on relegation, increased on promotion.

Make players have a cash incentive to play for as it seems cash motivates far more than trophies these days.
