Its another tool to Support the cause and every little helps, but surely you know petitions have gone a long long way in this Country, just look at whats happened at Everton last month. Over the years petitions have helped many causes etc, a fact.

At least were finally doing something about our Identity being stripped from us.

Have you signed? or are you not bothered?

I have signed the petition but disliked the facebook page as it was clogging my newsfeed of people posting random pictures and coming up with stupid ideas, but the people who seem to be running it seem like good people and determined :ayatollah: shame about randomers on the facebook feed though it probably should be left to admin only posts but thats just my opinion :malky:

Yeh your right every little helps I suppose but I don't see it as a true reflection on the whole fan base personally. I haven't signed the petition no because I'm happy to go along with things the way they are for the moment and see where it takes us. If it is right that tan could get big money investors from china to the club through the re brand then I think that could be massive for cardiff city. Might not ever happen but there is a chance.

I fully respect that VT has the right to rebrand us as he has provided a potential £100m infrastructure investment.

However, since the beginning I have been in favour of sensible lobbying for a change back to blue. It seems perfectly logical to me to have a petition (signed by as many as possible) to act as a counter-weight to any idea that we like playing in red.

It's these little things like wearing blue and singing blue which will one day hopefully bring us back the blue shirt.

It won't happen overnight but this is a step in the right direction.

No-one is expecting a change soon and even if Bluebirds Unite get every household/business in Cardiff and beyond to put up posters it won't have us playing in blue next season.

I'm like you I'm happy to sit back and see where VT's project takes us and if it does provide significant investment from the Far East to secure our future for now and beyond.

But I see things like this as a little nudge to VT to not forget us and hopefully he won't and will one day give us blue back.

You have no idea what the future holds, nor are you 'in-the-know' with regard Tans thinking, therefore your gloomy prediction must be based on wanting a bluebird group to fail. cheers for that fellow bluebird :thumbright:

I know this will go against the 'spirit' of the petition, but doesn't this comment raise the question of exactly who are signing the petition and what are their realistic involvements and links to the club?

I genuinely wish those attending the meeting good luck but petitions, for me, count for very little :ayatollah:

Some families, of course, fella BUT the simple question involved "what are their realistic involvements and links to the club (itself)?"

Are they all attending/paying supporters and/or simply supporting something they have no real interest in, and/or just signing 'because they can' ifyou understand what I mean?

As I said before, don't take this as demeaning of the meeting itself. It certainly isn't ;) :ayatollah:

Tom and this from a poster who said only the other month

Lack of ambition showing

I have been following the transfer sagas over the last few weeks, and don't exactly think that we have set the world on fire with ambition this transfer window.
