EVERYONE who wants to hold a conversation about Cardiff City and have that conversation take a positive line or show frustration at a loss, can be deemed a real fan.

Whether they go to games or not, it doesn't matter.

EVERYONE can be a fan and no one has the right to say they are MORE of a fan than anyone else.

The other day I had a conversation where an old fan (described as pre-Sam Hammam) declared himself a 'proper' fan even though he doesn't go anymore.

Sounds daft at first but I would accept his explanation as I would someone who claimed to have been converted yesterday. Having an allegiance to City is all that is required.

As for ticket allocation (which is quite a different matter) then it is a no brainer that season ticket holders + those who travel away the most, should get first dibs.

Well the word fan is short for fanatic and when you use the full term I don't anyone would want to be classed as a fanatic, you need more in your life.

Erm, paying your hard earned cash through the turnstiles REGARDLESS of where you sit or how much it costs you

Opinions on manager, style, playing staffs (and dare I say it, colour) etc. will always differ but the big thing is we are there because we love it!
