laptop picture edit advice

i got pictures to edit play jokes on my wife etc who knows an app to download to my laptop
that is quite simple and free i wanna put faces on pics text etc but im not the best with this fuckin technolagy
yet. or will i ever be. cheers

I'm 42. had a relatively succesful life so far i can read numbers very well but letters and words
have always evaded me. i bin told its cos i rushthe wife does all the paperwork in my house ta though
