Tan ,symbols talk with the new badge

On his comments on the dragon is protecting the bluebird, just putting his comments in context with the badge (in Tan speak), it certainly doesn't look as if it is protecting it , looks more like stepping all over it .
If we have to have that badge I just wish that all the dragon part of it was moved lower down (on the ground)and the bluebird above. (flying)
Always annoyed me .
If anyone could photoshop it to what I said above would be appreciated
