Will Vt leave?

Mon Jun 03, 2013 6:13 pm

If the bluebirds unite machine rolls on and continues to gather pace then I can see him selling up.

I'm not sure if its such a good thing.

Fully understand and appreciate the bluebirds unite. Hats off to them for waiting till the end of the season.

Do we want Tan to leave though? :o

I don't think he'll leave. He's here to make a profit.

Re: Will Vt leave?

Mon Jun 03, 2013 6:18 pm

No, most of BU aren't being rude and just want their clubs traditions back

Re: Will Vt leave?

Mon Jun 03, 2013 6:23 pm

No...... He stands to gain millions in the coming years... ESP if we stay up...

Re: Will Vt leave?

Mon Jun 03, 2013 6:25 pm

There is a chance if abuse is hurled at him constantly he could say this is not for me I'm leaving.lets hope it doesn't come to that and any protest's are peaceful for the sake of Cardiff City.

If he do, it will be a sad day for the club. He has massive plans for us and I doubt anyone else will have plans for us. :?

i agree, since tan came on board this club has moved forward at a pace we've all enjoyed and been the envy of other teams in the championship not to mention those noisy neighbours down the road.he's brought stability to City which we haven't had for a long time.let's hope he stays for a while yet and turns us into a team that can compete and hold our own in the premier.

Re: Will Vt leave?

I wouldn't be worried about him leaving. Anyone who is willing to pay him his £70m and a healthy profit, lets say £100m total for 40% of the club is going to have so much money we won't know where to spend it first. Now where can we find someone willing to pay £100m for 40% of the club?

Most of BU are not even Bluebirds by the sounds if it.

Going around social media begging other clubs fans to sign it. Especially Jacks.

Not much of a message to VT when we have to get other clubs fans to sign it.

Even Borley said as much.

Stupid direction IMO.

I hope so, the sooner the better! He's not wanted here by me anyway!

I reckon he could make a profit if he sells up now that were in the Premier League too!

He doesnt deserve abuse. Yes he changed the clubs colours and traditions but he has also put us on a sound financial footing, sorted the club out from top to bottom (on the field and off the field) and has also brought us premier league football.

I dont understand how some fans can celebrate promotion yet criticise Tan. Without Tan there would be no Premier League football, maybe no Cardiff City. The people who say it wasnt 'red or dead' please remind me, who was waiting in the line to cough up £1 million pound per month (at a loss) to run this club? Nobody was.

Even Borley said as much, CCFC :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: ANY CARDIFF CITY FANS BLUE/RED SIGN IF YOU CARE TO DO SO------ ANY FOOTBALL HEAD WHO DISLIKES WHAT MR TAN HAS DONE TO( THIS CLUB )MAY ALSO SIGN IF---THEY--- WISH.   SIMPLES.

All of which pales into insignifance (in my opinion, of course) given the rebranding.

You say he doesn't deserve the abuse, but i reckon he's gotten off lightly considering what he's done, which I personally will always hate him for, and thanks to Bluebirds Unite i've seen recently that others agree. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

If he did go, there would be an even bigger split in the fans. IMHO :sad7:

I'm not having a pop at you because your against the rebrand but if you think the winning plan is publicly dissing Tan then you and others like you are touched.

Of course, why did not I think about that.

Could be, the new owner (if we are sold) likes us in red too.

This. ^ It could also make Tan dig his heels in to.

Classic thread!

Wer in more debt no then we ever was. And with no sign of the the Langston deal how has Tab made is financially stable? Yes he's a Multi millionaire but that still doesn't mean the club is debt free.

Similar to Abrovanich who's owed 800.000.000 yet I would say Chelsea are fairly safe. Tan is not the owner not even a Director. A secured creditor who has kept us afloat. The Langston Debt is not his problem. If he walks he has security against the vast turnover this year/players/ground. That should see him paid back.

Exactly so if he fucked off where would that leave us with all that debt? It's loan notes to him at the moment so if he left we would be in the shit big time

One of the reasons we should not drive him out.
He pays the players wages. Finances new players and pays the tax man.
That's before a multitude of other things.
