The club don't have any input on the design, Puma send them templates based on what the primary and secondary colours of the club are and all the club has to do is say yes or no.

That's even crazier than I thought, as I used to work for Adidas and all clubs had an input into their kit design

The only input the club have is what colour shirt/shorts/socks are, the actual design is all down to the brand. That's why the only difference between our kit and the Wolves kit is the colour/sponsers/badge

Next season we will have our own designed kit, but not by anyone at the club

I'm pretty sure if the club wanted to do something special they could contact puma and request it. Many clubs have had unique designs not just the standard primary colours of the club.
