My Email to the club

I understand some may not agree with me, but I thought I would let you all read it and see what you think :)

Hello, this e-mail is not meant to be read in a negative way what so ever as I believe Vincent Tan has saved the club I have supported for over 14 years of my life (I am 20 years old) and I will always be thankful for that as I don't know what I would do without my Cardiff.
However the strings that have come attached have been at times very hard to swallow and after the recent shorts issue I have decided to let the club know how I feel. Earlier today when I read that the club would be giving the fans a choice in the colour of next seasons shorts I was delighted as finally fan consultation was finally being applied after being promised over a year ago in this page http://www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk/news/art ... 98803.aspx. So it was to my disappointment that the options given were limited to red, white and black.
As you might be aware yes I did vote and I voted black this was because I believe it would be wrong of me to complain about fan consultation if I didn't take the chance to when offered however I am saddened that there was no blue or dark blue option. I understand that Mr Tan wants a red home shirt for his time supporting the club and despite not liking it; I respect it as the major investor in any business should have the power to do what they want to an extent. But the fact that the colour of the shorts is open for the supporters to decide, then why not offer the option to vote for blue. For all we know it still wouldn't be chosen but seeing as our nickname is still the bluebirds, it would have been appreciated by me and others similar to me that we were given the right to choose it.
I can't stress enough how I do not want this e-mail to offend anybody or come across as negative but the next area of the web page already given that confuses me is the lack of development on the badge. At the time of the article it was hinted that the fans would be consulted on the 2013/14 club crest and there would be the possibility of changes, I understand the changing of the clubs crest is an expensive issue however with it being clear the current crest is temporary surely it would make sense in the long term to sort the new crest as soon as possible so that the crest can be a recognisable brand for current and new supporters.
Credit where credit is due, I have not seen the club be so stable in my life time and the football is absolutely brilliant. Last season I attended 16 away matches and my love for the club is still as strong as ever, I even still buy the blue merchandise! Obviously I would love to see us return to blue with a better badge, but I know that is highly unlikely, so I urge whoever has control of next seasons kits (2014/15) to consider blue shorts as I know this season it would be far too late especially with the poll already out there.
Thank you so much for your time, I hope my suggestions are taken on board as I feel many people agree with me. I will continue supporting the club no matter what, Malky and the boys made me cry my eyes out with joy April 16th, I cannot wait for our exciting adventure next season, Regards

I can just see the mouse cursor being moved over to "Move to Trash can" as they're reading this...

Not having a pop kid, but the words "Fall on deaf ears" spring to mind.
