The Spanish Kit

Somebody suggested we have blue shorts like the Spanish kit. Why not? It would stand out in the Prem, the fans would have at least some blue and it wouldn't look utter shit! We need to put our own stamp on things but reasonably tastefully. What do you think?

Type in Spanish World Cup 2010 kit on google and it's that one, it looks great and would be a great way to combine Tan's red vision and the traditional blue

We got the Bluebird back last season. He declared he wouldn't change the name. We can make some ground with the right actions.

Agreed, looks terrific! I tweeted BarrieMac & Borley with the idea last night. Is there any other ways we can spread the idea??

We could put it on the other message boards and gauge opinion. Were flogging a dead horse getting a blue shirt back for now so we may as well fight for what we can get! The short fiasco would be a blessing in disguise if it helped us get some blue back in the strip.

I agree one million per cent. Blue shorts would look unique, identify with the traditions of the club and look rather snazzy. The clubs own goal presents us with the perfect chance to ask the question

I suggested this yesterday , it would give us some Blue back on the kit , it would be unique in the prem (something the club want) and we could have Blue top and red shorts even as the away kit , this way tan will get his red in most games and we would see more Blue win win

Some are saying the club may be looking to change the shorts following the reaction. Surely that's a compromise?
