Yes your sort of right 300 turned up, but not when it mattered. I never went and I know many others never went. Now that they have dropped the against modern football side of it and are only interested in uniting to try and get our Identity back and reminding the fans that we are really Blue, I will be supporting them 100%.

As to the numbers that turned up, you have to start some where and it was a non football day, they gained good media coverage and it all went well. At least they are trying, you might not be bothered about our identity, but I am and so are they.

Best for you to just embrace the Red.

I went last Sunday and to be honest it was a good afternoon with no problems and was a joy to see a sea of blue everywhere. The reason why I went was because I want Cardiff City FC to be playing in it's rightful colours at home which is Blue and to have either our old crest back or at least a modification of it. I was a bit confused at the banner I saw though, "Against Modern Football", as far as I was aware this march/get together was to unite all Bluebirds that want to get our traditional Blue colour back NOT to protest against modern football, the other thing that confused me was the "Keep Cardiff Blue" motto which was on the same banner. How can you keep Cardiff blue when it changed to red a year ago, the best fit motto imo would have been "Bring Back Blue for Cardiff" or words to the like. I'm not knocking the organisers of this one bit and I do applaud them for doing something about the situation but personally I would have had a banner saying "Bluebirds Unite" and "Bring Back Our Blue", that would have looked more fitting. I understand that the "Against Modern Football" statement has been dropped so I will now give this group my whole support. Thank you once again to the organisers for standing up for something 99% of our fans want.

Like most organisations that start up mistakes are made.

At last I do believe we have a setup that us blues can get behind. Well done to all those involved and are now leading this. I look forward to seeing this grow of which it will and becoming a focal point the the blue supporters to turn to.

To clear up the guys who produced the against modern football banner did so because they don't believe that fans should be powerless and not consulted over decisions at the club.
However I have spoken with these members and they agree that they will not be focusing on the Against Modern Football in any future Bluebirds Unite features.
We are focused on returning the Pride, History & Identity of the Bluebirds

It cant be good when you see kids barely out of diapers carrying these " modern football banners "

its easy to like a group etc on facebook but if they don't turn up to the meetings or whatever will be in place then it doesn't matter really but good luck to everyone who is part of the group just hope its done in a respectful and non abusive manner

Doesn't matter if they are a tiny amount of fans or a huge amount of fans, they are standing up for what they believe & good luck to them. I'll certainly back their cause. I've been a fan for many, many years & strongly believe we should play in blue however I support Cardiff City FC regardless as always.
I see no point in being sarcastic or criticising them. If you don't agree then where your red.

Well over 2,000 now joined and meetings are being arranged now to start in the next week, I will be fully supporting them, media are as well

Mmmmmm what to do, what to do?

I would love to be back playing blue and getting back to our true identity.

I won't buy anything red or anything with the new badge.

I will always support Cardiff city regardless of the colour or badge.

I have a concern about getting involved in something like this and I am worried we will drive tan away.

Is that the aim?
