Consultation - Club/Fans

Wed May 29, 2013 9:26 pm

Not long ago a survey was sent out by the club via email asking for fans opinions and in that communication there was reference to the club consulting with fans re the badge, etc. Please correct me if I am wrong.

The club are clearly entitled to produce a kit for the club including a badge to display but if a statement is made to the effect that groups will be set up for a consultation process between the club and fans why has this not taken place?

It appears as though the views of the loyal fans who bring hard earned income into the club is irrelevant and is being ignored.

Steve Borley on twitter is suggesting there maybe a survey now after this kit launch , hes not defending the kit either to be fair

The problem is that there has been a survey at the start of last season and the club suggested that there would be further consultation with fan groups particularly to cover things like the badge. It appears as though further consultation has not taken place. The impression given is take it or leave it.

He says that he first saw the two tone kit tonight.

But he didn't say he hadn't seen a different design and colour way though, did he!

I have tried not to criticise Borely as he put money into this club to keep us a float. But he would have seen designs before today even the media department had. The rest of the board room need to grow some back bone and disagree with Tan for once specially now we are in the Premier League
