I think replacing all the white/black with blue would have been a bit much.

Ye I tried the original also Im just shit at it Is it Photoshop you used as I every time I used fill on the shorts only parts of the shorts changed and the whole background changed also

Well you can't just use the magic tool to select the areas you want, the colour palette is too similar and you won't get accurate results. I used the pen tool to mask off certain areas and then use an adjustment layer to change the colour
