This "All Inclusive Ethos" Bollocks

Wed May 29, 2013 1:51 pm

I'm not sure how many of you have taken time to read the announcement "Wearecardiffcity" which is on the official website.

It informs us ALL that this new unique, classic and stylish :o playing strip forms part of the ALL INCLUSIVE ETHOS at the club. Now I would like to know WHO exactly at our club believes that there is anything beyond the "Do As You Are Told" culture at our club. Clearly whoever has written this doesn't understand the meaning of "ETHOS" -

Ethos means "character" or guiding beliefs that characterize a community and when it comes to Cardiff City Football Club that family or community is identified by the colour "Blue".

To claim an "All Inclusive Ethos" when the club delivers a hideous red playing strip is an insult because the family or community you claim to represent is being ignored. Did you not hear the vast majority of fans singing "The Blues Are Going Up" at the final league matches.

In my opinion this is just another insult on top of the rest of the rebrand shite.

All Inclusive Ethos - my arse.

Its been a load of bollocks since day 1 of the rebrand.

In a way I am glad the kit is so shit as it will mean less people buy into the red.

Our ethos is "Do as your told you are a replacable customer".

In this together? Do me a favpur.

I bought last season's blue kit unfortunately, but still wear my Ninian park kit ahead of all of them!

Craig I bought the Red shirt for my grandson last year but won't be next year, I know we cannot do anything about playing in red but I'm f**king fuming that some f**kwit thinks it's OK to claim we are ALL in this together. BOLLOCKS.

I'll be wearing a BLUE shirt to every home game next season and I hope thousands do the same to show the idiots that are running our club what the TRUE ethos amongst the fans is.

BLUE.

Well Gary, Actions speak louder than words!

If as many people that have declared their detest against this latest excuse fora home shirt, do not buy it, then THIS will surely hit home for mr Tan. He might have to start thinking about loosening his belt down to the next hole. :ayatollah:

Gary this is how I felt at the start of last season and put my hope is the reaction of the fans that you are hoping for. In my eyes the fans were the biggest disappointment and being honest its why I walked away. Expect to be mightily disappointed next season.

How have you come to this conclusion mate ?? anybody that goes to games, especially away games will know that Blue is definitely the majority, and that's not me being biased because I crave to see us play in Blue, it's the truth.
