Just torture them. Simple as that.

Come to our country, follow your faith, do right by it but at the same time obey are laws, respect our people and if your religion conflicts with our laws and you dont like that then go to a country where the law is in line with your religions teachings.

we will probably take pitty on them and say they were ' feeling curious ' then give them and their family houses and lots of benefits! say its too dangerous for them to return so they can live here for the rest of their lives scrounging off the tax payer! dont get me started
