Floating on a stock market means that stakes in your company are available to be purchased.

We need to track down any rules governing and IPO.

They must give us an indication as to what state a private company must be in order to go public. Perhaps there will need to be a debt to equity switch or the agreement off ALL creditors, ie Sam.

Don't see the point of this.
