After retiring from being a pro footballer, seems like being a pundit is a safer option least you stay in a job. Managing is becoming stupid all this swaping and changing. Then we wonder why the quality of the leagues are going down, one reason is clubs are not settled as they should be due to changing the gaffer all the time. Not speaking for all clubs by the way. Just sumfin I fort about

Very true thoughts though. The trouble is that the way the game is structured financially a lot of clubs do not have time to allow managers and squads to settle. It's a shame because the game is worse off because of it.
