Wouldn't take just any Carroll, it'd have to be Andy Carrol for me!

I would say accept £8m plus a sell on fee. I would even push for £10m. The bottom line is that Gunnarsson is unproven in the Premier League and you'll struggle to get £10m plus for those kind of players. Swansea were lucky that Liverpool were so trigger happy when they sold Allen.

When I think of us battling away in the prem Gunnarson is right in the middle of it all. Hes one of about 4-5 players that I really wouldn't want to go and I don't think west ham would be willing to offer what I think he is worth (8mil +)
